Validate.fit (“Validate.fit”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an AI-powered idea-validation platform available at validate.fit. This Privacy Policy explains what information Validate.fit collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Validate.fit you agree to the practices described here.
Validate.fit lets you connect third-party advertising and social accounts — including TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and Threads — to publish validation content and read its performance. When you connect an account you authorise Validate.fit, through that platform’s official OAuth flow, to access basic profile information that identifies the account, publish content you create in Validate.fit to that account on your behalf, and read engagement metrics for that content.
Specifically for TikTok: with your authorisation Validate.fit accesses your basic TikTok profile information and publishes videos and posts that you create within Validate.fit to your TikTok account. Validate.fit does not read your private messages and does not access content that you did not create through Validate.fit. We request only the TikTok scopes required for this functionality.
Access tokens for connected platforms are stored securely and are used solely to provide the features above. You can disconnect any platform at any time from the integrations settings in Validate.fit, and you may also revoke access directly from the platform.
We use the information we collect to authenticate you, operate and improve the service, generate the validation tests and AI output you request, publish content to the platforms you connect, and keep Validate.fit secure.
Validate.fit uses Clerk to handle user authentication securely. All authentication processes, including sign-up, sign-in, and password management, are managed by Clerk. For detailed information about how Clerk processes and protects your data, please review their Privacy Policy.
We never sell or rent your personal data, and we never share it for third-party marketing. We share data only with the service providers that make Validate.fit work — such as our authentication provider, cloud hosting, and the AI providers that generate content — and only to the extent needed to provide the service, or where required by law.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect any social platform at any time — when you do, the stored access tokens for that platform are removed. You can request deletion of your Validate.fit account and its associated data by contacting us at the address below.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or how Validate.fit handles your data, please contact us at contact@validate.fit.
